Pickups

After you arrive at the airport, proceed to the baggage area to collect your luggage. Please call us on Toll free 1(888) 546 6188 or Local (408)907 3000 and our dispatcher will direct you to the pick up location at the airport. The assigned Chauffeur will also Text you directly. Pick up time is 5 – 7 minutes after we receive your call, or Our Chauffeurs can greet you at the designated baggage claim area with a welcome sign displaying your name(charges apply).

Confirmation

We will confirm with the booking agent as well as calling the client at given contact number for departures between the timings of 6PM to 9PM.

Cancellation Policy

Booking can be cancelled 4 hours prior for all Airport Departure and Arrival reservations. We always request you to give 24 hours of notice. For cancellation policy for charter services, please call 1(888) 546 6188 or Local (408)907 3000.Should airport reservation is cancelled within 4 hours of the date and time of service the passenger or the billing contact will forfeit the full amount of contract or transfer.

No Show Policy

No-Show will be charged at full rate.

Payment Policy

All payment are due at the time of service. Payment can be made in cash, credit card or by a pre-approved private check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover. In addition, Corporate Accounts can be billed on a semi-monthly basis. Invoices are due upon receipt.

Wait Time Policy

You will not be charged for the first 15 minutes at the Departure pick-up. After 15 minutes you will be charged at our half-hour rate as applicable. This does not apply to Limousine or Charter Services.

Extra Stop

We charge $15.00 for an extra stop in the same city, within a radius of 3 miles depending on the vehicle type being used.

Early Bird / Late Night

An additional $15 to $25 will be charged after the hours of 10:30 P.M. and before 5:30 A.M., for all reservations.

Smoking

Limoaffair’s fleet is non-smoking. If during the drive client needs to smoke, our chauffeurs have been instructed to find a safe place to allow our client to do so.
